Hopelessness isn’t just a feeling—it’s the belief to your core that nothing will ever improve. I know that feeling. It traps you in a cycle: feeling stuck, doing nothing, and sinking deeper. In this module, we’ll explore how hopelessness works and discover ways to break free, even when the light feels far away.

Chapter 1

What if hopelessness is a symptom of your illness, not your reality?

Ask Yourself, “Have I resigned myself to feeling how I feel today for the rest of my life? Do I think I shouldn’t bother seeking help because nothing will change?”

Chapter 2

"What if hope is something you build, not something you wait for?"

Ask yourself, “Have I given up?”

Chapter 3

What if we could show you your joyless life wasn’t your fault and that ‘trying harder’ wasn’t the answer.”

Ask Yourself, “When was the last time I felt joy? Is it real joy, or am I acting because that’s what people expect?”
